Job description:

The pharmacy is a well-established independent community pharmacy located in Leixlip. We pride ourselves on being patient focused, providing an excellent service that meets the needs and demands of our patients and customers in a friendly working environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
Providing professional medical advice and support to patients.
Managing and maintaining stock levels.
Working with the pharmacy team to ensure excellent patient care.
To interact with other healthcare professionals.
Other day to day duties.

Requirements:

Qualified pharmacist registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.
Prior experience working in a community pharmacy dispensary is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
Ability to work effectively in a small team and on own initiative.
Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications.
Knowledge of pharmacy (MPS) dispensing software system.

Working Hours:

The pharmacist position is part-time, requiring 2/3 days per week. The specific working days can be discussed during the interview process.
