A clincial Pharmacist is required to work in a private transitional care/respite facility which has a long term contract with all the main public and private hospitals in Dublin.

The successful candidate will form part of a multidisiplinary team of medical offiers, NCHD's, consultants and nurses in the provision of care to respite patients. All prescriptions and other medical requirements will be supplied by a dedicated local pharmacy whom the clinical Pharmacist will liaise closely, however this role will be based exclusively in the respite facility, not the pharmacy.

The role requires a Pharmacist for up to 5 days per week, however both the number of days and hours per day are negotiatable.

A very competitive salary will be offered for this exciting role which would suit someone who would like a change from community pharmacy or who would like to gain more clinical experience.

Previous clinical experience is desired but not essential.
