This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Pharmacist working with Community Connect (based in any Technology and Transformation Office Nationwide) to lead the development and adoption of cutting-edge technology to reshape patient care. Providing specialist pharmacy expertise and national leadership, you will spearhead the innovative implementation of the National Community Connect Programme. A key focus will be supporting Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and Specialist Palliative Care by leading the development of a digital electronic prescribing and medication administration (EPMA) solution within the Clinical Management Systems (CMS) project.

This role which offers an opportunity for hybrid working arrangement to implement complex service change and drive the future of medicines management.
