Position: Relief Pharmacist
Hours: Part-time (9.5–27 hours per week)
Salary: €40–€55 per hour (depending on experience and days worked)
Manor Pharmacy is recruiting an experienced Relief Pharmacist to join our busy, independently owned community pharmacy in Stoneybatter.
This is a flexible part-time position, with an expected start date of August 2026. The role offers an excellent work-life balance with no late nights, Sundays, or Bank Holidays, and flexibility around the weekly rota.
Schedule
Usually one weekday (Wednesday) plus an additional weekday where required.
Two Saturdays per month (2 in 4 Saturdays).
Additional ad-hoc shifts may be available by mutual agreement.
We are happy to discuss alternative working patterns to suit the successful candidate.
Pharmacy opening hours:
Monday–Friday: 8:30am–6:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am–6:00pm
Key Responsibilities
Dispense prescriptions safely and accurately in line with PSI standards and pharmacy SOPs.
Support the day-to-day operation of the dispensary alongside the Supervising and Superintendent Pharmacists.
Provide professional advice and exceptional customer care.
Maintain appropriate stock levels and dispensary standards.
Assist with end-of-month claims and dispensary administration.
Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Touchstore is the dispensing system used, and you will be working alongside an experienced Pharmacy Technician.
Requirements
Current registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).
Previous community pharmacy experience in Ireland is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, organised, and patient-focused approach.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility to work 2 in 4 Saturdays.
