Hours: Full-time (Monday–Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays)
Passage West Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Supervising Pharmacist to join our well-established community pharmacy.
This full-time role offers an excellent work-life balance with no Sundays, Bank Holidays, or late-night shifts. You'll be supported by two pharmacists and two pharmacy technicians, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care while leading the day-to-day operation of the dispensary.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, patient-centred pharmacy care and a comprehensive range of pharmacy services. Oversee the day-to-day operation of the dispensary, ensuring compliance with PSI standards and pharmacy SOPs. Lead, mentor, and support the pharmacy team while managing dispensary stock, purchasing, and inventory. Drive the development of pharmacy services and identify opportunities to grow the business.
Requirements
Current registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI). Minimum of three years' post-registration experience. Previous experience leading or managing a pharmacy team. Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills with a proactive, patient-focused approach.
