Pharmacy Technician

Our Community Pharmacies are located in Cahir, Co.Tipperary, just off the M8 motorway and on the main Limerick and Waterford road. The role involves working in the dispensary, preparing prescriptions while also advising and selling over-the-counter medicines.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure safe and effective delivery of medicines to all customers.
Maintain proper storage and security conditions for drugs.
Ensure all drugs are fit for supply and in date. Stock must be regularly checked to identify expired or short dated stock and dealt with according to company procedures.
Be familiar with ordering procedures related to the dispensary and maintain adequate stock levels through accurate stock figures and order placement with suppliers.
Receive and store incoming supplies, verify quantities against invoices.
Any other duties as required.

This is a full time, permanent position available to a newly qualified or experienced technician with lots of support and training from an experienced team.

Closed on Sundays and bank holiday Monday's.
